  1. Do I need an account to order?
    No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as a faster checkout process, easy access to your order status and history, and updates on new releases and promotions.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal.

  3. How secure is my online order?
    Your online security is important to us. When you enter your credit card information, it is done on an SSL secure page. Your data is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our payment processor's network. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

  4. Are there any exchange rates?
    All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card uses another currency, the final amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer on the day they process the transaction.

  5. How do I set my shipping address?
    Our system requires all information to be entered using the English alphabet and punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, please use similar English letters instead (e.g., change "ü" to "u").

  6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    We are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a stable residential address rather than a temporary vacation address, as we cannot control how long packages may be held in customs.

  7. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?
    Delivery times are based on the shipping method selected. Once shipped, a tracking number and link will be emailed to you. Delays by customs are beyond our control.
